1. Scope

This policy explains what data is processed when you play my games: The Old Well, Stained Glass and Pop Balls — the Android apps from RuStore and the versions on Yandex Games. The policy of the potapov.me website is on a separate page.

3. What the games do not collect

Name, email, phone, contacts, photos — the games never ask for them and have no sign-up.
Location — the apps never request this permission.
Payments — there are no purchases for money in the games.

4. What data is processed

Game progress (coins, levels, finds, settings) is stored on your device, and on Yandex Games also in Yandex Games cloud saves. It is not sent to me.

Ads. In the Android apps ads are served by the Yandex Advertising Network (Yandex Mobile Ads SDK); on Yandex Games — by the platform itself. To serve ads, Yandex receives technical data: the device advertising ID, model and OS version, language, IP address, ad impressions and clicks.

Analytics. The Android apps use Yandex AppMetrica: installs, launches and play time, game events (such as “lowered the bucket”, “bought an upgrade”, “watched an ad”), errors and crashes, technical device data. These statistics show me what is fun and what is not, and help fix bugs. The data is aggregated, without players’ names or contacts.

5. Personalised ads and consent

On first launch the Android app asks whether ads may be based on your interests. If you allow it, Yandex picks ads using the advertising ID. If you decline, ads stay generic — and are not shown more often.

How to change your mind or opt out:

in the game: Settings → Personalised ads;
on the phone: Android settings → Privacy → Ads — reset or delete the advertising ID;
completely — uninstall the game: saves on the device go with it.

On Yandex Games, the platform asks for consent and stores ad settings itself.

6. Who receives the data

Only Yandex LLC — to serve ads and analytics. Yandex processes it under its own privacy policy. Nobody else receives the data unless the law directly requires it.

7. Retention

The games have no servers of their own: analytics is stored in AppMetrica and used in aggregated form while the game is published. Saves stay on the device while the game is installed.

8. Children

The games are calm and suitable for all ages, but they do not knowingly collect children’s data beyond what is described above. If a child is playing, parents can turn off personalised ads in the game settings.

9. Your rights

You can ask what data about you is processed, ask for it to be deleted or withdraw consent — write to constantin@potapov.me. You can also contact the data protection authority or a court.

10. Changes

When the policy changes, the date at the top of the page changes. The new version applies from the moment it is published here.
